The Ponte Zaguri Luxury Apartments

In the heart of Venice, in an ancient house with an independent entrance, there are three refined and luxurious apartments in Venetian style refurbished with the latest and radical restructuring. The owner has been a Venetian for many generations … and has a great love for the city. She has personally restored the whole house, studying and taking care of every little detail: it is a work of love.

Because of its location in a private courtyard, located in the historic centre in the heart of the elegant San Marco district, it enjoys total tranquility away from the bustle of the city. It is about half way between Piazza San Marco and Campo Santo Stefano, not far from the Gritti Palace Hotel. Its strategic position allows to reach in a few minutes on foot the main places of interest: the nearby Teatro La Fenice, the Gallerie dell’Accademia, the Peggy Guggenheim gallery, the famous Via XXII Marzo of designer shopping, Punta della Dogana and Palazzo Grassi which houses the collections of modern art by F. Pinault, the centuries-old church of the Madonna della Salute and the thousand other places of interest that the city of Venice offers.

The excellent location also allows you to use public transport to reach every part of the city in a very short time. Just a few steps away is the Giglio stop: ACTV line 1 and Alilaguna line, the orange line. For private taxis it is possible to use the canal in front of the apartments (Rio San Maurizio next to the Prefecture).

The apartments are accessed from a common hall, all have separate entrances, but can be rented together for larger groups, for up to 12 guests. Additional beds on request. All the apartments have air-conditioning, wi-fi and flat screen TVs. The kitchens are fully equipped with dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine.

Open plan living room with dining area and kitchen. Three double bedrooms, with three bathrooms.

Second Floor Apartment. For four guests.
